Starmer’s disgusting behaviour at PMQs shames the office of Prime Minister
This week’s Prime Minister’s Questions exposed Keir Starmer at his worst. An unpleasant evasive, arrogant, nasty individual who is utterly out of touch with Britain.
In 18 months of the current Labour government this has to be one of the lowest levels that Starmer has stooped. On facing a grilling from Kemi Badenoch regarding UK troop deployments to Ukraine and more, Starmer turned the session into a shambles of petty quips, parliamentary contempt and utterly disgusting behaviour.
Evasive on Ukraine Troop Deployment
Starmer dodged demands for an immediate statement on sending British troops to Ukraine post ceasefire, claiming it needs a “legal instrument” first and promising updates “at the earliest opportunity.” This sparked chaos, with Badenoch slamming it as a “fundamental lack of respect” for Parliament yet Starmer dismissed her and her questions as “totally irrelevant.”Condescending Dismissals
In a patronising disrespectful and downright disgusting tone, Starmer sneered that “nobody is listening” to Badenoch, ignoring her pointed queries on troop numbers, roles, and timelines. This arrogance shines light on him being deluded and flippant, prioritising cheap shots over serious national security answers.Speaker’s Multiple Slap Downs
Commons Speaker Sir Lindsay Hoyle had to intervene early, telling Starmer to pipe down and get back in his box amid shouting and interruptions. Hoyle demanded an early statement on Ukraine, highlighting Starmer’s failure to inform the House first a clear sign of disrespect and avoidance.Hypocritical Defences
When pressed on defence spending and NATO readiness, Starmer bragged about budget increases but evaded commitments to 3% GDP spending. He accused Tories of hollowing out the armed forces, while linking opponents to Russia in a petty jab, all while his own MPs sat with “100-mile stares,” disengaged and unenthusiastic.Going Off On Irrelevant Tangents
Starmer pivoted to unrelated spin like the upcoming £150 off energy bills and free breakfasts for children. Ironically ignoring soaring costs in buses, schools and energy.Ignoring that energy bills are already soaring due to Labour ideological policies causing the most expensive energy in the world, adding billions to national debt AND associated interest being spent on unproven technologies like carbon capture machines.
Ignoring that breakfast clubs are not free, as they are paid for by the hikes in general taxation that is killing the economy AND the cost of school lunches are going up to compensate in a state system that has 25,000 extra pupils from the exodus from private schools, not from the very wealthy but from those on the borderline who cant afford the extra 20%.
This utter disconnection from genuinely urgent issues like veteran protections in the Northern Ireland Troubles Bill, where he defended treating soldiers worse than terrorists. This behaviour erodes trust and screams incompetence.
Starmer is a traitor to the British people and today showed a disaster that prioritised point scoring over accountability. Labour’s in free fall and rightly so.
Meanwhile…he is preparing to sell the UK out again with giving up sovereignty of our laws to the EU, to be announced shortly.
